What Is Product Options & Customizer App?
Product Options and Customizer element is designed to extend your options for your products to convince visitors about the product’s quality and ultimately increase your conversion rate. You can use the Product Options and Customizer element to display options or ratings of a specific product.
Install Product Options and Customizer App
Before using this element, you have to install the Product Options and Customizer by Product Customizer app to your store and configure all options in the app and then come back to PageFly to use the element(s) for the corresponding product(s) you want.
How To Access Product Options & Customizer Element
In page editor, follow these steps to access Product Options & Customizer element:
- Step 1: In the PageFly editor, click “Add third-party element” on the left menu.
- Step 2: Click “Manage integrations” or the gear icon on top.
- Step 3: Search for “Product Options & Customizer” and enable it.
- Step 4: Click “Close” and the element will appear in the “Add third-party element” menu.
How To Configure Product Options & Customizer Element
- The Product Options and Customizer element can be displayed on product page and cart page only. You can use the Product Options and Customizer element many times on a page.
- In the Product page, the Product Options and Customizer element will depend on your selected products in your Page Assignment – Page Settings modal. Once you drag the element into the Editor, it will pull all product options of the assigned product on your live page.
- The Product Options and Customizer element must stay inside the Product Details element.

Step 1: Add Product Options & Customizer Element
Before starting to set up for the Product Customizer element, you will need to add this element onto your page canvas:
- Step 1: Click “Add third party element” on the left menu bar
- Step 2: Look for “Product Options & Customizer” element
- Step 3: Click on the element to see its variants
- Step 4: Drag and drop the variant onto the page canvas
Step 2: Configure Product Options & Customizer Element
After adding the element, you can adjust for it by clicking on the element.
- From the “General” tab, there is a widget configuration giving you a short explanation of the Product Options & Customizer app, its link to the app listing.
- For styling options like margins, borders, and effects, go to the “Styling” tab. You can find more details about the available options here.

Add Your Option(s)
From the app dashboard, go to the Options tab and then click the Add Option button.
Here you can create your parent options, which you can add to one or more products. Select the type of option you want to create, and then complete the fields for that option.
Once you finish the fields for the option, click the Save Option button in the top right. You can then add the parent options to your products.
Add Option(s) To Your Product(s)
Go to “Products” tab. You can either add options to a single product, or multiple products at once.
