OnVoard Back In Stock allows customers to subscribe for back in stock notifications and automatically notifies them when products are restocked.
With OnVoard Back In Stock element integrated into PageFly product page(s), it will display as a button for customers to click on and be directed to a signup form to get notified when the product(s) are available again.

Before using this element, you have to install the OnVoard Back In Stock app to your store, configure options in the app, and then come back to PageFly to use the element(s) on your PageFly product pages.

How To Access the OnVoard Back In Stock Element
In page editor, follow these steps to access OnVoard Back In Stock element:
- Step 1: In the PageFly editor, click “Third-party elements” on the left menu
- Step 2: Click “Manage integrations” or the icon on top
- Step 3: Search for “OnVoard” and activate it
- Step 4: Click “Done” and the element will appear in the “Third-party elements” menu
How To Configure OnVoard Back In Stock Element
- The OnVoard Back In Stock element only works once used in the Product page and inside the Product Details element. You can only use each variant of this element one time on each product page.
From PageFly
Step 1: Add OnVoard Back In Stock Element
Before starting to set up for the OnVoard Back In Stock element, you will need to add this element onto your page canvas:
- Step 1: Click “Third-party elements” on the left menu bar
- Step 2: Look for “OnVoard Back In Stock” element
- Step 3: Click on the element to see its variants
- Step 4: Drag and drop the variant onto the page canvas
Step 2: Configure OnVoard Back In Stock Element
After adding the element, you can adjust for it by clicking on the element.
- From the “General” tab, there is a widget configuration giving you a short explanation of the OnVoard app, its link to the app listing, and the “App ID” box.

From OnVoard Back In Stock App
Before using the Back in Stock – Customer Alerts element in PageFly, you’ll need to create and configure your widget in the Back in Stock – Customer Alerts app. Here’s how:
Go to your Shopify admin, then navigate to Online Store > Theme > Current theme > Customize > App embeds. Search for “OnVoard” and activate it.
Go to your Shopify Admin > Apps > Choose OnVoard Back In Stock to set it up.
Set up element triggers in OnVoard Back In Stock.
- In the Overview of OnVoard Back in Stock, head to Configuration section > Choose Edit Config
- In the Settings section, head to Triggers to enable triggers to use for back-in-stock. There are two triggers integrated into PageFly: Inline Button and Inline Text.
- Once you’re done, the Inline Button and Inline Text tabs will appear at the top. Head to one of these tabs for further configuration. You can also customize the styling of OnVoard Back In Stock element here.
- You have to set Position, and Any Variant (Out-Of-Stock) option in Display Condition section. PageFly app doesn’t support other settings.
After completing the configuration, choose Submit.
Set up OnVoard Back In Stock element on PageFly page(s).
To get the code for your element trigger, go back to OnVoard Back In Stock Overview page. Head to the Configurations section and copy the “App ID”.
Copy the code for the element trigger you want to use, then paste it into the Short code section in the General Tab in your PageFly page editor.
