Email Marketing by CM Commerce elements

In this article, you will learn how to use the Email Marketing by CM Commerce elements.

In order to use this element, you will need to install the Email Marketing by CM Commerce app from Shopify Store and go to PageFly to use the element.

About Email Marketing by CM Commerce element

CM Commerce sends branded emails that grow your brand and increase your conversion and sales. CM Commerce combines email marketing with user-generated content tools to engage your customers and build trust in your brand.

PageFly integrate with 3 main elements from Email Marketing by CM Commerce app, including: 

• Embedded Signup Forms
• Product Reviews
• Customers Feedback 

Before using this element, you have to install the CM Commerce app to your store and configure all options in the app and then come back to PageFly to use the element(s) on all of your PageFly pages. 

Access the Email Marketing by CM Commerce element

Step 1: Go to Add third party elements in the left toolbar > Click on the Edit your 3rd party elements button.

Step 2: In Integrations popup page, you can search “CM Commerce” on the search bar and then Enable it.

Email Marketing by CM Commerce Configuration

Step 1 : Set up Email Marketing by CM Commerce element by your Shopify Account.

Go to your Shopify Admin > Apps > Choose Email Marketing by CM Commerce to set it up.

Step 2: Set up CM Commerce element for your store

• To create a sign-up form:

1. In the dashboard of Email Marketing by CM Commerce, head to People section > click on Create a Sign-up Form.
2. Click on Create New Popup/Form
3. Set up Form name > Form type. Please note that PageFly only supports the form type: Embedded.
4. Choose the Associated Customer List for the form
5. Hit Create.

    6.  Next, you will be directed to set up for your form. You can design for Form header, change context, set up subscribe button, success message, etc.

    7.  In the dashboard of People: Subscription Forms & Pages > head to the form > click on Get widget code > choose HTML > Copy widget HTML

    8. Back to PageFly editor > Add third-party elements > drag and drop the CM Commerce – Embedded Signup Form element > paste the embed code.

    9. Lastly, you have to Publish the page to see the form on Live page.

• To create Product Reviews section

1. In the dashboard of Email Marketing by CM Commerce, head to Reviews section > click on Moderate new reviews
2. Head to Widget > Create new widget
3. Set up Widget Name and Widget Type.
   There are 4 Widget Types for you to choose: Recent, Summary, Tab, Badge.
4. Hit Create.

    5. Next, you can choose to design your widget or get widget code immediately.

    6. Copy HTML code.

    7. Back to PageFly editor > Add third-party elements >  drag and drop the element CM Commerce – Product Reviews into editor. There are 4 types of element corresponding to 4 types of widget. Please choose the right widget type element.

    8. Paste the embed code in Widget Code and Publish the page to see Product Reviews on live page.

• To create Customer Feedback section

1. In the dashboard of Email Marketing by CM Commerce, head to Feedback section > click on Review Feedback
2. Head to Widget > Create new widget
3. Set up Widget Name and Widget Type.
   There are 2 Widget Types for you to choose:  Quantitative Summary and Recent Testimonials. A Quantitative Summary widget will display your feedback in numbers while a widget will show actual feedback from your users.
4. Hit Create. 
5. Next, you can set up context for your Feedback widget. Hit Save.

    6. Back to Dashboard of feedback > choose the Widget and click on Get Widget Code > copy the HTML code.

    7. Back to PageFly editor > Add third party elements > drag and drop the CM Commerce – Customer Feedbacks. There are 2 types of element corresponding to 2 types of widget. Please choose the right widget type element.

    8.  Paste the embed code in Widget Code and then Publish the page to see Customer Feedbacks on live page.

Styling Configuration
