CM Commerce supports brands to combine email marketing with user-generated content tools to encourage customer engagement, therefore to build brand trust.

PageFly Web Builder is now integrated with 3 main elements from CM Commerce, including:

  • Product Reviews
  • Customers Feedback

Before using this element, you have to install the CMCommerce app to your store and configure all options in the app and then return to PageFly to use the element(s) on all PageFly pages.

Check out the below step to set up

  • Step 1: Go to Add third party elements in the left toolbar > Click on the Edit your 3rd party elements button.
  • Step 2: In the Integrations popup page, you can search “CM Commerce” on the search bar and then Enable it.
  • Step 3: Click on one of the Email Marketing by  CM Commerce elements you want to use in the catalog
  • Step 4: Drag and drop the element into the canvas.

After adding the element by app into the page editor, you will see a widget configuration giving you a short explanation of the app and its link to app listing, and a Widget code box where you can paste the embedded codes from your created product in the app.

You can customize the styling of the  CM Commerce – Customer Feedback element in the Styling tab.

Email Marketing by CMCommerce Element ConfigurationClick to copy

After configuring PageFly settings, you will need to continue with the  Element settings further as below:

Step 1: Set up Email Marketing by element by your Shopify Account. Go to your Shopify Admin > Apps > Choose Email Marketing by CM Commerce to set it up.

Step 2: Set up element for your store

Create a Sign-up FormClick to copy

  1. In the dashboard of Email Marketing by CM Commerce, head to People section > Subscription Forms & Pages >  click on Create a Sign-up Form.
  2. Click on Create New Popup/Form
  3. Set up Form name > Form type. Please note that PageFly only supports the form type: Embedded.
  4. Choose the Associated Customer List for the form
  5. Hit Create.

  1. Next, you will be directed to set up your form. You can design for Form header, change context, set up subscribe button, success message, etc.

7. In the dashboard of People: Subscription Forms & Pages > head to the form > click on Get widget code > choose HTML > Copy widget HTML

8. Back to PageFly editor > Add third-party elements > Drag and drop the CM Commerce – Embedded Signup Form element > Paste the embed code

9. Lastly, you have to Publish the page to see the form on the live page.

Create Product Reviews SectionClick to copy

  1. In the dashboard of Email Marketing by CM Commerce, head to the Reviews section > click on Moderate new reviews.
  2. Head to Widget > Create New widget
  3. Set up Widget Name and Widget Type. There are 4 Widget Types for you to choose from: Recent, Summary, Tab, Badge.
  4. Hit Create.

  1. Next, you can design your widget or get widget code immediately.
  2. Copy HTML code.
  3. Back to PageFly editor > Add third-party elements > Drag and drop the  – Product Reviews element into the editor. There are 4 types of element corresponding to 4 types of widget. Please choose the right widget type element.

  1. Paste the embed code in Widget Code and Publish the page to see Product Reviews on live messenger.

Create a Customer Feedback SectionClick to copy

  1. In the dashboard of Email Marketing by , head to Feedback section > click on Review Feedback
  2. Head to Widget > Create new widget
  3. Set up Widget Name and Widget Type. There are 2 Widget Types for you to choose from: Quantitative Summary and Recent Testimonials. A Quantitative Summary widget will display your feedback in numbers while a widget will show actual feedback from your users.
  4. Hit Create.
  5. Next, you can set up context for your Feedback widget. Hit Save.

  1. Back to Dashboard of feedback > choose the Widget and click on Get Widget Code > copy the HTML code.

7. Back to PageFly editor > Add third party elements > drag and drop the  – Customer Feedback element into the editor. There are 2 types of element corresponding to 2 types of widget. Please choose the right widget type element.

8. Paste the embed code in Widget Code and then Publish the page to see Customer Feedback on the live page.
