Access Bold Product Options element
To use this element, EXPO Extra Product Options app has to be installed on your Shopify store.
- Install EXPO Extra Product Options
- Install PageFly
Step 1: Go to Add third party elements in the left toolbar > Click on the Edit your 3rd party elements button.
Step 2: In the Integrations popup page, you can search “EXPO Extra Product Options” on the search bar
Step 3: Click on the EXPO Extra Product Options element in the catalog
Step 4: Drag and drop the EXPO Extra Product Options element on the canvas.
PageFly’s Settings
Once you finish configuring options in the EXPO Extra Product Options app, you can go to a PageFly page and use this element.
General settings
In the General tab, there is a widget configuration giving you a short explanation of the EXPO Extra Product Options app and its link to app listing. Once you drag and drop this element inside a Product details, it will automatically work as the product you assigned and settings in the EXPO Extra Product Options app.
Styling Settings

Step 1: Set up EXPO Extra Product Options element by your Shopify Account.
Go to your Shopify Admin > Apps > Choose EXPO Extra Product Options to set it up.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Make sure you enable EXPO Extra Product Options in the Embed App on Shopify
You can go to Online Store > Customize > Embed Apps > enable EXPO Extra Product Options > Save
Option Sets
To start creating product options which are different from the normal ones you have on PageFly or Shopify, click on “Create Option Set”
After that, you will be directed to the Quick setup page where you can quickly create an extra option and assign it to different products. There are 3 types:
- Add an Option to All Products
- Add an Option to Specific Products
- Add an Option to Specific Product Types
When you finish choosing a type, there will be a popup for you to choose an extra Option Type, set Option Name, Assign Products, etc for the extra option and Finish.
In the Option Tab, you can make any further changes or add some advanced settings like Tooltip description on labels or Validation alert text:
- Tooltip description on labels: You can write a short explanation when customers hover on the labels
- Validation alert text: Show warning if customers misspell or option is not valid.
Action
In the Action tab, you can set more complex conditions of showing Extra options on products.
Products
If you change your mind and want to assign more/ less products with the Extra Options, you can make editions here.
After finishing everything, do not forget to save and check the live view!
