Go to your Shopify Admin > Apps > Choose Globo PreOrder | Back in Stock to set it up.
1. Pre-order
To make this Pre-order element work, you must assign a product for it.
After choosing a product, you can set the pre-order period time by setting the start date and the end date can be optionally enabled. If the end date is turned on, your customers can not pre-order after that date.
Next step, you need to set its condition up for when the pre-order feature will show and replace the add to cart button, such as when the inventory reaches to a specified level or when it becomes out of stock/ back in stock.
In addition, “Continue selling when out of stock” option needs to be enabled for that product in Shopify products, then you can choose to set either automatically for all “Track quantity” products or manually for some of them.
You can create a Discount & Partial payment feature which allows you to redirect to the check-out page ( skip the cart page ) when purchasing pre-order products, and custom the Pre-order button and text message.
In the settings of Pre-order, you can customize the Appearance, Product list, Cart, Partial payment, Order, Additional, New pre-order model.
2. Back in Stock
Similar to the Pre-oder setting, you can set up for its conditions. There are 3 options that you can choose to show the “Back in stock” in your product page, each option gives a different storefront look, like this:
- Show button and popup: When customers click on the button, an email form will pop out to fill in the information.
- Show form: Directly show a form field.
- Hidden: Hide both of the above.
After choosing one of the options, you can customize the button and the form as you desire. Click Save to apply the changes.
In the delivery tab, you can set how you want to send the notification when the product is back in stock.
After all of the configurations are done, please go back to the PageFly page editor to drag and drop the element onto the canvas, the elements are ready to go!
