How To Access Helpful Product Reviews Element
- Product Summary (can only use once on a page, work on all page types. On all the other page types, except for Product pages, it must stay inside the Product Details element).
- Product Tabs (can only use once on a page, work on all page types. On all the other page types, except for Product pages, it must stay inside the Product Details element).
- Product Rating (can use multiple times on a page, work on all page types. On all the other page types, except for Product pages, it must stay inside the Product Details element).
- Review Slider (can only use once on a page, work on all page types. On all the other page types, except for Product pages, it must stay inside the Product Details element).
- Review Journal (can only use once on a page, work on all page types. On all the other page types, except for Product pages, it must stay inside the Product Details element).
In Page Editor, Follow These Steps To Access The Helpful Product Reviews Element:
- Step 1: In the PageFly editor, click “Add third-party element” on the left menu
- Step 2: Click “Manage integrations” or the gear icon on top
- Step 3: Search for “Helpful Product Reviews” and enable it
- Step 4: Click “Close” and the element will appear in the “Add third-party element” menu

Step 2: From the app dashboard, go to Display. You can configure the display in 3 tabs:

- Design tab is where you can customize the look of the reviews on your store
- Settings tab is where you can further configure the display settings
