Ryviu Shopify Configuration
What is Ryviu Shopify?
Ryviu Shopify is the Product Reviews App & QA element to help merchants generate social proof and customer support interactions by allowing merchants to provide product evaluations and answer product questions.
Before using the element, you have to install the Ryviu app to your store and configure/enable it inside the app, then come back to PageFly to use the element for the corresponding product(s) you want.
Set up Ryviu Apps
In this article, you’ll learn about the Ryviu Product Reviews element and how to use it. In order to use this element, the Ryviu Product Reviews app has to be installed on your Shopify store.
- Install Ryviu Product Reviews
- Install PageFly
Access Ryviu elements
- Step 1: Go to Add third party elements in the left toolbar > Click on the Edit your 3rd party Elements button.
- Step 2: In the Integrations popup page, you can search “Ryviu” in the search bar
- Step 3: Click on Ryviu Product Reviews App & QA element in the dropdown menu
- Step 4: Choose the variant you want then drag and drop it to the editor page

You can customize the styling of the Ryviu Product Reviews elements in the Styling tab.

Ryviu’s Other Settings
Before using the Ryviu elements in PageFly, you need to finish the configuration of each component in the Ryviu app.
