What Is Fera Product Reviews App?
Fera element is designed to present testimonials of your product to convince visitors about the product’s quality and ultimately increase the conversion rate. You can use the Fera element to display reviews and the star rating of one specific product or all of your products.
Install Fera Product Reviews App
Before using this element, you have to install the Fera app to your store and configure all options in the app and then come back to PageFly to use the element(s) for the corresponding product(s) you want.
How To Access Fera Reviews Element
In page editor, follow these steps to access Fera Reviews element:
- Step 1: In the PageFly editor, click “Third-party element” on the left menu.
- Step 2: Click “Manage integrations” or the gear icon on top.
- Step 3: Search for “Fera” and activate it.
- Step 4: Click “Done” and the element will appear in the “Third-party element” menu.
How To Configure Fera Reviews Element
- The “Product Reviews” element can be added to any PageFly page type

- For the Product page, it can be added anywhere on a page
- For other page types, it must stay inside the Product Details element so it can work.
- The “Average Rating Badge” element is only used on the PageFly Product page
- The “Product Page Media” element is only used on the PageFly Product page.
- All elements can be used many times on a page.

Step 1: Add Fera Reviews Element
Before starting to set up for the Fera Reviews element, you will need to add this element onto your page canvas:
- Step 1: Click “Third party element” on the left menu bar
- Step 2: Look for “Fera Reviews” element
- Step 3: Click on the element to see its variants
- Step 4: Drag and drop the variant onto the page canvas
There are 3 elements (with variants) of Fera integration divided into 3 categories
- Reviews and Rating:

- Fera Reviews: Product Reviews, Testimonial Carousel, All Reviews
- Badges and Seals:

- Fera: Average Rating Badge, Average Store Rating Badge, Logo Showcase Banner
- Product Information:

- Feras – Photo & Videos: Product Page Media, In Store Media
Step 2: Configure Fera Reviews Element
After adding the element, you can adjust for it by clicking on the element.
- From the “General” tab, there is a widget configuration giving you a short explanation of the Fera app, its link to the app listing, and Fera HTML Tag.
- For styling options like margins, borders, and effects, go to the “Styling” tab. You can find more details about the available options here.

Before using the Fera Product Reviews element in PageFly, you’ll need to create and configure your widget in the Fera app. Here’s how:

Step 1: Activate “Fera Footer Script” In The Theme Customize
Go to your Shopify admin, then navigate to Online Store > Theme > Current theme > Customize > App embeds. Search for “Fera Footer Script” and activate it.

Step 2: Get Fera HTML Tag
Please note that before using Fera elements in the PageFly editor, you must get the Fera HTML Tag for the corresponding element in the Fera app.
For example, let the “HTML Tag” for the “Product Review”:
- Step 1: From the Fera app dashboard, go to “Widgets” and select “Product Reviews”
- Step 2: In the Location tab, go to Location on Page and click CHANGE
- Step 3: Select the HTML Tag option in the pop-up and copy the snippet to use it in the PageFly editor
