In this article, you’ll learn about the Rivyo Product Review element and how to use it. In order to use this element, the Rivyo Product Review app has to be installed on your Shopify store.
About Rivyo Product Review element
Rivyo Product Review element is designed to present testimonials of your product to convince visitors about the product’s quality and ultimately increase your conversion rate. You can use the Rivyo Reviews element to display reviews of a specific product or all of your products.
Access the Rivyo Product Reviews element
Step 1: Go to Add third party elements in the left toolbar > Click on the Edit your 3rd party elements button.
Step 2: In Integrations popup page, you can search “Rivyo Product Reviews” on the search bar
Step 3: Click on Rivyo Product Reviews element in the dropdown menu
Step 4: Choose the variant you want then drag and drop it to the editor page
Rivyo Product Reviews element comes in 3 variations:
- Review Widget
- All Store Reviews
- Average Star Rating
Drag and drop a variation to your layout to set it up.
Rivyo Product Review element configuration
- In the Product page, Rivyo Review Widget and All Store Reviews will depend on the chosen products you select in your Page Settings modal.
- All elements can work independently without staying inside the Product Details element on all page types.
- For other pages, you can select a specific product in the parameters in the General tab.
Review Widget

The Review Widget can be displayed on any page such as home page, collection or product pages, etc. Note that one page allows only one Review Widget element.
All Store Reviews

The All Store Reviews can be displayed on any page such as home page, collection or product pages, etc. Note that one page allows only one All Store Reviews element.
Lastly, hit Publish and see the result on your live page.

Activate Rivyo Product Reviews app
Before using this element, you have to install the Rivyo Product Review app to your store and configure all options in the app and then come back to PageFly to use the element(s) for the corresponding product(s) you want.
Before going to PageFly editor, you need to activate in the Rivyo Product Reviews app
Go to the Dashboard section > Documentation / Help
And then press on the Auto Install button as the image bellow
After finishing successfully, it will show the image “Code is successfully added into your theme” like the image below
