AI sales pages are most effective after the initial phases of your sales process. Designed to persuade using existing customer data, these pages are ideal for converting warm traffic - potential customers who have already shown interest in your products. For example, if you are running ads for a specific product as part of a campaign, using an AI sales page can help turn those interested visitors into buyers.
Even if you are not in the sales step, you can still use these pages as standard product pages or landing pages for different purposes. Use the AI section generator to tailor content, aligning with your objectives and audience needs.

How to create AI sales pages with PageFly
Step 1: Access AI sales page feature
Access the AI sales page feature through the PageFly main menu.

Step 2: Configure your AI sales page
Click "Create campaign" to start building your AI-powered sales page.

2.1 Assign products to unlock your page
Select target products for your page - you need at least one product assigned to your page for preview and set up other features.

Multiple products can be assigned to one campaign to apply the same promotional settings, styling, and page structure. The preview on the canvas shows one product at a time. To change the preview, go to the page content panel and click Change in the Preview section.

2.2 Enhance your page content
Once you assign products, your page will be conversion-ready!
Improve it by using the AI section generator to add custom sections based on your needs. The AI-generated text is automatically personalized for visitors, or you can disable this and add static text manually.

Testimonial integration: You have two ways to add customer reviews to your sales page.
First, you can use the AI section generator to create a review section with AI-generated testimonials.
Alternatively, you can configure the built-in Customer review section that's already included in your page content panel by default. When using this section, simply select and connect your preferred third-party review app to display real reviews. Once configured, reviews from your connected app will automatically appear on the live page without any additional setup.
If you choose not to connect a review app, the Customer Review section will remain in your page content panel but won't display anything on the live page.

Note: Our AI sales page currently supports integration with the Loox and Judge.me review apps. If you need to integrate with another review app, please submit your request here.
2.3 Match your brand perfectly

When your page content is ready, customize the design to match your brand. Import style from your Shopify store (or any of your public store) for instant consistency. After that, manually adjust styling to perfect your look.
2.4 Add special offers
Sales and benefits are key to attracting customers. In AI sales campaigns, you can configure promotional settings such as:
Discounts & benefits: Include valuable offers and store policies, both discount and non-discount, like free shipping. Even include benefits or policies such as 30-day returns, as these help persuade customers.

Flash sale countdown: Enable a countdown timer for discount code promotions to create scarcity and boost sales.

Member-exclusive benefits: Set up VIP perks and exclusive offers. Your customers will see those perks when they logged-in.

2.5 Personalization settings
This step transforms your page into a truly powerful tool! Your page will personalize content for every visitor across all segments:
Traffic source: Personalizes content for each product based on visitor traffic source. Select a traffic source to add a custom message visible only to visitors from that source.

Note: We currently support UTM sources such as Facebook, Google Ads, Email, SMS, Instagram, and TikTok. Additional custom sources are coming soon.
Location: Automatically personalizes content based on visitor location using your store policies. For example, visitors from Japan see 'Free shipping to your area' if your policies offer free shipping there. Keep your policies updated to ensure customers see accurate information.

Customer based: Automatically personalizes for logged-in and returning customers. The system detects returning users to tailor page content or show member perks. See how the AI personalizes page content for logged-in users in . Below is an example of the AI assistant detecting the last session visitor focusing on the product's SCA certification and proactively engaging them upon return.

Behaviors: Automatically personalizes based on visitor behavior in real time. For instance, the AI assistant uses this data to engage or assist customers when it detects hesitation or comparison intent. While you may not predict visitor behavior on your sales page, you can control AI interactions by .
2.6 Get your personalized URLs
Campaign title: Enter a descriptive name to identify your campaign in the dashboard.
Campaign URL: Set the base URL path (e.g.,
/pages/bfcm
). This forms the base for your personalized URLs.Default URL: Personalized by location, customer, and behavior.
Traffic source URLs: Personalized by location, customer, behavior, and traffic source.

Click the copy icon next to any URL to copy the page URL for each assigned product. Choose based on your campaign goals, as they differ only in personalization. This improves targeting: each URL delivers content tailored to visitor characteristics.
Step 3: Train AI settings
With your page configured, it's time to train your AI assistant.
Every AI sales page includes an intelligent digital assistant that acts as your virtual salesperson. This AI assistant deeply understands your store policies and sales strategies, observes customer interactions to identify purchase intent, and engages visitors at the optimal moments. The assistant appears as a chat widget at the bottom center of your pages, ready to help when customers need assistance.
You can fully customize your AI assistant's behavior and knowledge through the AI management section:

3.1. Training
The Training section allows you to configure how your AI assistant behaves and what it knows about your business:
Custom instruction: Define specific behaviors and sales strategies for customer interactions. Add product expertise, highlight key features, or specify how to handle different customer types.
AI tone and personality: Choose from various communication styles. This affects how your AI speaks to customers and matches your brand voice.
Knowledge: The AI integrates with your Shopify Knowledge Base app to access detailed store information. Click "Go to Knowledge Base app" to add product descriptions, policies, and brand info. This integration ensures your knowledge is utilized across different AI agent apps, eliminating the need to duplicate efforts for FAQs or knowledge management.
Your store details and policies are automatically synced from Shopify admin by default to build the AI sales page, but you can still override them manually to help your AI provide accurate support: Configure store logo, Store description, Shipping policies, Return and refund policies.
3.2. Conversations
You can view conversations of your customers with the AI assistant. Use this to monitor how customers are engaging with your AI and understand what visitors are looking for to optimize your sales pages.

Tips: Review conversations regularly to identify gaps in your AI's knowledge and update the training accordingly. This continuous improvement will enhance customer satisfaction and conversion rates.
Step 4: Preview and test
Important: The canvas preview in the AI sales page editor updates with each refresh or changes save, showing only styling, layout, and promotions changes. To see full personalization (location-based content, traffic source messaging, etc.), you MUST publish and view the live page.
Testing different scenarios:
Publish the changes. Copy the personalized URLs and paste them into the address bar, or click view live to test different sources.

Check how the page appears for different customer segments in live view. For example, you can verify location-based personalization by changing the location in your theme header and reloading the AI sales page.
