Before going to know how to create a blog post page, this video tutorial will help you to have a clear view of how to create a blog post page:
There are 2 ways to create a PageFly blog post page: Create the page from scratch or Create the page from templates
Option 1: Create Page From Scratch
In the PageFly dashboard > head to the Pages > Click on the Create blank page button > Select Blog post to start building your blog post page from scratch
Option 2: Create Page From Templates
In Page templates, you may preview the template by clicking the Preview button then if you decide to use that template, click on Select button to choose and display it in editor
There are several settings you must make for the Blog post page when you click on Page settings.
Page Title And Page URL
The first configurations you have to do are adding Page title and Page URL for the Blog post page. These parameters will be displayed at the top when you click on Page settings
Themes Sections
In Theme’s section, you will see the Show header and footer option that allows you to to display or hide the header and footer on the blog post page. If you unselect this option, those sections will be removed on your page.
Page Optimization
The Page Optimization configures settings for the optimization of your page. It is located in Page Settings' Optimization tab
You can choose to Enable Image lazyloading for your blog post page. For the page that you set up Lazyload Images on, when you scroll down, the images below will be loaded gradually. It is applicable to all the images such as Collection Image, Background Image, Product Image, etc.
We have selected the Cipi template to be used as an example for step 3 because this template can be found in the Blog Post page type. You can use another templates or create your blog post page from a blank page, then add information to suit your store

Click on the Save then Publish button to publish your blog post page. You can click on Live view button to see the page in the live
In Shopify blog post, you can add Featured image, write a summary of the post in Excerpt, assign Tags, edit blog post info and website SEO.
You can also enable Comment for your blog post page. For instance, if I want the comments to be displayed, click on the New blog > In the Comments section on the left screen, choose “Comments are allowed, and are automatically published” option > Click on the Save button.
You can also choose the second option if you don’t want any comments to be automatically published. If you choose this option, you will control and moderate any comments in your blog post.
Another way is you can go to the Online Store of Shopify admin > Blog posts in the dropdown menu > Manage blogs > New
