SEOAnt is a powerful SEO optimization tool designed to help Shopify merchants improve their store’s search engine ranking. By integrating its SEO Checker function with PageFly, users can detect page issues and receive actionable suggestions directly within the PageFly editor. Unlike other third-party SEO tools that require switching between different interfaces, SEOAnt’s embedded UI streamlines the process, making it easier for non-technical users to enhance their store’s SEO performance without leaving PageFly.
To utilize SEOAnt’s SEO Checker within PageFly, ensure that you have both the app and installed on your Shopify store.
Important Notes:
The SEO Checker feature analyzes only the content available within the PageFly editor.
You need to publish your page first to start generating SEO report.
You can only view the issues and solutions within PageFly editor. To fix the SEO issues automatically, they should go to SEOAnt AI SEO app
Step 1: Open the SEO Checker
In the PageFly editor, navigate to the SEO Checker button, which is positioned above the Page Settings button.
After that, click on the Allow access button if your store has the password.
Then, click the Recheck button to start generating an SEO report.
Step 2: Review the SEO Report
The report will display:
General SEO Score – A numerical representation of your page’s SEO health.
Pass / Notice / Issue Breakdown – Categorized sections highlighting optimizations, warnings, and critical issues.
Details of SEO Detection – A list of detected SEO errors, their impact, and recommended fixes.
Step 3: Take Action on SEO Issues
For each SEO issue detected, the tool provides:
Issue Description – A summary of the problem.
Priority Level – Identifies whether the issue is critical, moderate, or minor.
Solution & Explanation – Suggested actions to resolve the issue with an option to learn more.
“Learn More” Button – Links to detailed SEO guides for further understanding.
SEOAnt AI SEO’s embedded SEO Checker evaluates multiple on-page SEO factors, including:
Meta Title & Description – Ensures they are set and within the recommended length.
H1 Tag Presence – Verifies a proper heading structure.
ALT Tags for Images – Checks for missing alternative text on images and displays a list of images without ALT attributes.
JSON-LD Structured Data – Identifies whether structured data is properly implemented.
Canonical Tag – Ensures the page does not duplicate content.
Favicon Presence – Confirms a favicon is added for branding and user experience.
URL Format – Recommends hyphens over underscores for search engine readability.
Mixed Content Error Check (HTTP Links) – Ensures all content is loaded securely under HTTPS.

Pages with missing or improperly formatted Meta Titles and Descriptions will receive warnings, ensuring optimization before publishing.
