Summary: Shopify Collection Details Element is designed so you can put any collection from your Shopify store on to your page to increase conversion rates.
You can utilize the Collection Details element to showcase your collection on any page that isn't specifically for collections. Alternatively, you can use it on a collection page if you prefer it over the default Shopify collection element.
Accessing the Collection Details element involves 3 simple steps:
Step 1: Click on the Elements function, navigate to Shopify tab
Step 2: Click on the Collection Details element in the dropdown menu
Step 3: Drag and drop the element into the page editor and then start using it.
The Collection Details element comes with two common variations but we will continue to add more variations to help you save time.
Note that you can search for this element by using the search function instead of finding it in the sidebar.
Collection Details element comes with plenty of parameters allowing you to fine-tune content appearance for the best possible conversion rate.
Select the element in the layout to see its parameters.
When you drag and drop the Collection Details element into the editor page, there are choices for the Collection Source for you to choose from:
Auto: This option will automatically apply when you are on a Collection Page or this element is added to a Collection list or Collection details
Custom Collection: This option is available in page types other than Collection Page or when the element is used independently. In such a case, you’d need to manually select the collection for which you want to show the image
To select custom collection, follow these steps below:
Step 1: Select Custom collection for collection source
Step 2: Select desired collection
Step 3: Click Select button
