Summary: Element helps you to show interesting content of one specific blog post, can be about general topics, or directly about your products and services.
To edit this content, access the Blog posts area in Shopify Admin and make the changes there.
Follow these simple steps to access the Blog Post Content element:
Step 1: Click on the second icon, which is the Element icon.
Step 2: Switch to the Shopify element function.
Step 3: Under the Blog Posts dropdown menu, click on the Blog Post Content element.
Step 4: Drag and drop the element into the page editor and start using it.

Blog Post Source: Choose to set a custom blog post by default.
Custom Blog Post: Select the specific blog post you want to display.
