Summary: PageFly is designed to present any text content on your page in order to increase your conversion rate. You can use this element as a content, body, or description for any section on your page.
Before jumping to the detailed steps, you can watch this video below:
Step 1: Click on Elements icon on the left toolbar
Step 2: Click on the PageFly tab, scroll down to find the Paragraph element
Step 3: Drag and drop the element you want into the page editor and then start using it.
The paragraph element comes with plenty of parameters allowing you to fine-tune content appearance to reach the best possible conversion rate.
Select the element in the layout to see its parameters.

Insert and style the content of the Paragraph
Show Drop Cap
Enable / Disable the drop cap. Enable to see the parameters below.
Enable compact view
Tick on “Enable compact view” to shorten the displayed text.
You can also adjust the length of the displayed text in Compact text length [lines]. The maximum line is 10
Go to Styling > Global Style, here you can choose the style that you set for body text in the Global Style. In addition, if you choose PageFly Preset, you can set another font for the paragraph element by scrolling down to find Typography > select Font Family and choose the font you want.
Go to Styling > Text alignment section. There are 4 alignment options to choose from:
Left
Center
Right
Justify
In order to better grab visitors’ attention, you can highlight paragraph background color by going to Styling > Global Style > choose the style for the body text that you set up in Global Style.
If you choose PageFly preset, you can scroll down to find Background Color and set the color you want.
Break up large blocks of text with clear spacing and line breaks. Use bullet points or numbered lists for complex information or steps
Prioritize clear and concise language that your target audience can easily understand
Focus on the benefits your products or services offer to your customers. Explain how they solve problems or improve lives
Maintain consistent paragraph formatting throughout your website for a clean and professional look. Consider font size, line height, and spacing
Strategically place calls to action (CTAs) within paragraphs to encourage desired actions from visitors (e.g., "Add to Cart", "Learn More")
1. What is Paragraph element?
Paragraph Element is designed to present any text content on your page, to increase your conversion rate. You can use this element as a content, body, or description for any section on your Shopify Store.
2. How long should a Paragraph be?
A paragraph should be 100-150 words long, no more than 3-4 sentences. Breaking down the paragraph helps visitors to read easier, which improves average time-on-site.
