# PageFly free page setup service

PageFly offers a free page setup service: our experts build a page together with you in live chat, so you don't need design or coding skills. Whether it is available, and who it is available to, can change over time. **Your PageFly Dashboard always shows whether the offer is available for your store right now.**

### Is the free page setup available for my store?

Check your Dashboard:

* **You see a "Request setup" invite** (under **Recent pages**, or as its own card if you have not created a page yet): the offer is available for your store, and you can request a setup now.
* **You don't see the invite:** the offer is not currently available for your store. This can be because you have already used your setup, because of your plan, or because the offer has changed or ended.

If you are not sure, or want to know when you can use it again, contact us through live chat. Our support team can check the details for your store.

### Who it is for

Eligibility can change, but currently:

* **Free plan:** one free page setup, for your first page.
* **Paid plans:** one free page setup per month.

If what you see on your Dashboard is different from the list above, go by your Dashboard: it reflects the current offer for your store.

### How to request a free page setup

1. Open PageFly and go to the **Dashboard**.
2. Find the invite **Let PageFly experts build your page**.
3. Click **Request setup**. Live chat opens with a message ready to send.
4. Send the message and tell our team what page you want: the page type (home, product, collection, landing page), the products it should feature, and any store or page you like as a reference.

To read more before you start, click **Learn more** on the same invite.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://help.pagefly.io/page-structure-and-elements/optimization/pagefly-free-page-setup-service.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
