1.2. Access the Contact Form Element

2.2.1. Common Issue: The Submission cannot be sent
Sometimes your customers cannot submit their information (name, email, message) and they had this notification “Sorry, the submission can not be sent! Please try again later” after submitting your form:
In this case, you need to check again in the editor for the email field.
This is mostly because you put the wrong field for the email. You can see the image below
As you can see, the Field Type of the Email is currently set up for Single Line Text. And this is the reason why the submission cannot be sent. To fix this issue, you just need to change to the Email field of Single Line Text (or other options) into Email like the image below
Then click on the Publish button. The issue is solved!
