What Is TestimonialHub LJ?
Testimonial Hub by LJ Apps enables users to collect and display customer reviews in a centralized, organized, and easily manageable manner. With Testimonial Hub, you can seamlessly integrate social proof into your PageFly page to build trust and boost conversions.

To use this element, the TestimonialHub by LJ Apps has to be installed on your Shopify store.

How To Access TestimonialHub element
From PageFly Dashboard
In the PageFly dashboard, follow these steps to access the TestimonialHub element:
- Step 1: In the PageFly dashboard, click Extra functions on the left menu.
- Step 2: Click the Manage button on the right of the Integration.
- Step 3: Search for TestimonialHub and hit Activate. Now the element will appear in the Third-party Elements menu in PageFly editor.
From PageFly Editor
In page editor, follow these steps to access TestimonialHub element:
- Step 1: In the PageFly editor, click Third-party elements on the left menu.
- Step 2: Click on the icon on top right of the Third-party elements tab.
- Step 3: Search for TestimonialHub and activate it.
- Step 4: Click Done and the element will appear in the Third-party elements menu.

From PageFly
Step 1: Add the TestimonialHub element
Before starting to set up for the TestimonialHub element, you will need to add this element onto your page canvas:
- Step 1: Click Third party element on the left menu bar
- Step 2: Look for TestimonialHub element
- Step 3: Click on the element to see its variant
- Step 4: Drag and drop the variant onto the page canvas
TestimonialHub element comes in 1 variation: Google & Facebook Reviews by LJ App.
Drag and drop it to your layout to set it up.
Step 2: Configure the TestimonialHub element
After adding the element, you can adjust it by clicking on the element and navigate to the General/Styling tab:
- In the General tab, you’ll find a widget configuration, to configure it, navigate to the settings area within the LJ Apps TestimonialHub application; and its link to the app listing.
- Below the widget, you will see the Short code box where you can paste the embed code from the TestimonialHub app to show the reviews.
- Scrolling down, you can edit the Content, Visibility, Attributes, and Animation for the element. For more information about the General tab, please refer to this guide.
- This element will show data retrieved from the TestimonialHub app database.
- For styling options, you can customize some parameters in the Styling tab, such as margin, border style, opacity, shadow, overriding theme styling, and CSS code area. You can check more information about the Styling tab here.
From TestimonialHub
Before using the TestimonialHub element in PageFly, you’ll need to create and configure your widget in the TestimonialHub app.
From your Online store > Go to Apps > Select TestimonialHub app. Let’s start configure it:
Step 1: Get Reviews
First of all, you need to get reviews. Follow these steps:
- Select The Platform for Getting Review
From the dashboard, click on Get Review and select the one you want to retrieve and display. You can choose Google or Facebook.
For Google, you have two ways to connect: Crawl Google Review Page and Google Places API. Read their pros and cons carefully to choose your best method and hit Select. In the following steps, we’ll proceed with Craw Google Review Page.
- Connect To Your Platform

Connect Google Search Term or Place ID, then click on Save & Test > press on Download button so all reviews will show in the Review List.
- Connect Facebook Page
Grant LJ Apps’s Facebook app permission to read your Facebook Page reviews and then copy the access code from their app and paste it into TestimonialHub’s Secret Access Code.
Adjust settings such as Last Name Save Option and Recommendations, then hit Save Settings.
Step 2: Add New Reviews Template
From the app dashboard, click on Templates. > Add New Reviews Template.
Settings in this step include:
- Template Title
- Template Style Settings

- Show Date
- Date Format
- Display Avatar
- Border Radius
- Background Color
- Text Color
- Custom CSS: Enter custom CSS code to change the look of the template even more when being displayed.
- Number of Reviews: How many reviews to display on the page at a time.
- Display Order: The order in which the reviews are displayed.
- Hide Reviews Without Text: Set to Yes and only display reviews that have text included.
- Create Slider: Allows you to create a slideshow with your reviews.
- Google Rich Snippet: Decide whether to add a Summary Review Google Rich Snippet or not.
Hit Save Template once you finish.
Step 3: Get The Embed Code
- In the Templates tab, navigate to the desired template.
- Then, click on Instruction to get the embed code.
- Paste the embed code into the Badge ID box in the PageFly editor’s General tab.

TestimonialHub Element Not Displaying on PageFly Pages
Ensure the embed code from TestimonialHub is correctly copied and pasted into the Short code box in the General tab of the PageFly editor. Verify that the TestimonialHub app embed is activated in the Shopify theme settings. Re-publish the PageFly page and refresh the browser to see the updates.
