Overview

In this article, you will learn how to access PageFly support services using various channels whenever you encounter difficulties or require assistance. PageFly provides the free 24/7/365 live chat support for all PageFly customers in all plans.

Requirements

  • Access to the PageFly in our website, live app or PageFly App Listing in Shopify App Store

  • Email to contact PageFly support via email

How To Access The PageFly Support?

From Our Websites

Bubble Chat

On our Main site, please click on the live chat symbol at the bottom right of the page. Our live chat will pop up and our operator will be ready to answer all of your questions regarding PageFly.

“Chat With Us” Button

Alternatively, you can access it from our Help Center. Simply scroll to the bottom of the page, where you'll find the "Chat with Us" button. Clicking on it will open our live chat, and our operators will be on hand to answer any questions you have about PageFly.

From The PageFly App

Header Bar

On the header bar of the PageFly dashboard, you can click on the 3-dot icon here and select the 'Get support' option to contact our support team.

Bubble Chat

On the bottom left of the PageFly dashboard, you can see the button "Open 24/7 Live Chat". You just need to click on this button, a chatbox will be shown up so you can compose your message to chat with our support team.

PageFly Editor

Within the PageFly editor's header bar, you can click on the icon “?” and choose the “Start live chat” option.

Alternatively, on the left-hand navigation bar, towards the bottom, you'll also find our live chat icon. Clicking on it will open the live chat window.

For example, you are working on your page layout and encounter a problem with a PageFly element. You can get real-time help by accessing live chat directly in the PageFly editor. Alternatively, use the Contact Us form or join our social media communities to connect with us for assistance.

Elaborate The Question/Issue With A Screenshot Or A Video

Provide The Url Of The Live Page/The Url Of The Page Editor

In some cases, our operators need to see the page on live view to examine the issue and access to the PageFly page editor is also needed to resolve the problem.

Grant Access To Shopify Admin

If needed, we’ll request limited access to your Shopify Admin to resolve the issue. Simply visit your Shopify store administration => “Home” section and accept the request.
