Sometimes, when you publish your Blog Page with PageFly, you can see this message: “Page not updated successfully, your page handle might have already been taken, please update it in Page Setting.” In this article, we’ll demonstrate how you can fix this problem.
This error happens when you have duplicated a blog page or you haven’t given it a URL Handle.
1. Click on the “Page settings” icon on the left-side bar to see more settings
2. Go to Page URL section and type in an article handle, for example: “my-blog”
3. Click Save to apply to changes
4. Try to publish the blog again until you see the message “Page published”
1. Navigate to Shopify online store > Blog post
2. Select the blog post that causes the problem
3. Enter or adjust value in field “Title”
4. Click “Save”
5. Go back to PageFly pages that contain the blog and publish the page
Ensure each blog page has a unique URL handle to avoid publishing errors.
