In this article, you will learn how to export and import your PageFly pages in JSON format so they can be used in different stores. There are 2 ways to access this function.
From PageFly manage pages dashboard
You can find the Import button next to the Create a new page and + button. Note that it is only possible to import valid data (JSON format) into PageFly.
Once clicked, you will be prompted to enter the page title and select a file to be imported like the image below.
After a page is imported into PageFly, it will be set as Regular page and Hidden (unpublish).
You can find the Export button in the list of Action buttons for each page.
Once clicked, that specific page will be downloaded to your computer as a “pageTitle.json” file.
In PageFly editor
The Import / Export feature is also accessible from within PageFly editor’s menu bar.
If you choose to Import a page, the current content in the editor will be overridden with the content of the page you imported.
If you choose Export, all the current content in the editor will be downloaded to your computer as a “pageTitle.json” file.
